My stay at Palazzo Portinari Salviati was absolutely wonderful, with a stunning hotel and warm, welcoming staff (a special shout-out to Emiliano!). However, the air-conditioning could use improvement, especially during the hot August days. Overall, I would give my experience a solid 8 out of 10, remembering the lovely touches and decor that made the stay nice.

I had an very nice 3-night stay at Palazzo Portinari Salviati! The hotel itself is a stunning historical villa right in the center of Florence, just a short walk to the Duomo. The only downside was the air conditioning; it struggled a bit against the summer heat, which made sleeping a little tough.
